The room is spacious, immaculate, and comes with coffee makers, toasters, and a microwave, along with all the amenities you need.

I had a pleasant experience staying in this convenient hotel for one day. the location is magnificent, very close to the business park, UCSD, and Carlsbad. the staff was helpful, and I especially appreciated the great daily service. Using the wake-up calls at no cost was a nice touch.

We are 63 years old couple visiting relatives in San Diego. Wanted a place with kitchen. This place had everything we needed. We were very satisfied that it close to freeway and we could easily go everywhere in the city and secondary - it close to supermarket. And thanks to Gladys - she was super helpful and friendly to us !

The whole room was brand-new and spotless with coffee makers. There were a microwave, a refrigerator, and kitchenware too. All of the staff members were very amiable and affable.

The most important was the staff - accommodating and pleasant people.

The hotel was convenient, excellent services provided, PARTICULARLY GOOD location close to freeway yet surprisingly quiet. Spacious, immaculate room with a private bathroom and a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets.

This place is located in a quiet and comfortable spot near California and an Imax theater, with great overall service, although I couldn't find many amenities.

Room had odd smell, bathroom dirty upon check in (used soap still on counter on top of open wrapper, toilet paper on counter and not in holder, used towels on counter). I stayed here for two nonconsecutive nights. When I opened the bathroom door in my second room it REEKED of cigarettes and made the whole room smell. I would have left or requested a new room but by the time I went to use the bathroom and discovered the smell it was already midnight. Disgusting hotel for the price and I will never stay again. I would give 1 star but Booked.net generates the rating for you.

The room was a good size and had all the essentials. I appreciated the abundance of facilities in the room, like the flat-screen cable TV, complimentary wireless internet, and kitchenette area.

On Booked.net this room mentions breakfast. They only had coffee, muffins, oatmeal and oranges. No orange juice or milk available for small children.

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and the spaciousness of the room. The housekeeping staff, specifically Violeta and Maricar, were incredibly kind and friendly, always with a smile on their faces. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, providing clean linens whenever we needed them. Their exceptional service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and excellent housekeeping staff.

I was not happy with Booked.net. I booked 14 rooms and after speaking with the manager at the facility they had 34 rooms reserved and many were duplicated by Booked.net. I will no longer be using this option when traveling.
